Senior Data Analyst - Blue-Chip

A new opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst has arisen with a hugely successful blue-chip organization to join their team at another exciting time of growth / transformation, and utilize your data analysis skills within a project management context, focusing on and delivering data-related projects.

This is part of a new team within a specialist area of the business, and will suit a Senior Data Analyst who wants to progress into a Project Manager role. This role will deliver projects that involve the analysis of large quantities of data, forecasting, working with internal development teams, and presenting findings (and project outcomes) to different Stakeholders across the business. As this new team has been formed in line with business growth and transformation, the Data Analyst will truly add value and make a difference.

Skills and experience needed for the Senior Data Analyst:

· Proven track record as a Data Analyst, with a keenness to move into project management (any experience of delivering projects would be beneficial).

· SQL and data modelling skills, and any exposure to Big Data would be ideal (Hadoop, Data warehouses etc.).

· Strong Mathematical background; 2.1 degree (or above) in a numerate or scientific subject from a top university. Maths A-Level also needed.

· Excellent collaboration and communication skills; you will work with a range of internal technical teams and present findings and project updates to senior stakeholders.

As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for creating any relevant project documentation, so any prior experience of this would also be useful.
