Digital Designer- Manchester City Centre - £37,000

They are currently in the R&D stages with Virtual Reality and have recently secured their first VR project. They understand that every employee is not going to be a guru in their field when they join the company, so they have a set amount of time each week dedicated to developing you into one. One afternoon per week, tools are downed and development sessions commence in whichever area you have chosen whether it is VR, AI, Ethical hacking or a new technology.

When moving offices a year ago, they decided to fill the office with things the employees wanted and would be able to utilise. The results of this were a room dedicated to an XBOX and beanbags, a pool table that can also be used for air hockey and table tennis and a fully stocked bar. These additions have been a huge hit amongst the employees with a lot choosing to use the flexible working hours system to enjoy these facilities especially on a Friday!
