Key Accountabilities

* Supporting the Operations and Commissioning Manager in the effective management of debt advice grant agreements and contracts.

* Analysing large datasets and producing business critical insights that encourages informed decision making.

* Detecting issues over performance by delivery partners.

* Supporting the team with extensive evaluation of client outcomes.

* Producing regular data quality reports to support statistical modelling and to be a champion for driving better data quality with our delivery partners

* Working on Geographic Information System mapping of service delivery

* Contributing to cross-team project work and knowledge sharing.

* Producing regular monthly commissioning reports to monitor performance and conduct trend analysis for yearend projection.

* Supporting the Commissioning Team with ad hoc analysis on request

* Building client profiles that are benchmarked against target groups and channel performance

Essential Requirements

* Extensive experience and confidence in working with large datasets

* Ability to analyse complex performance data, build client profiles and to draw insight conclusions and produce reports

* Experience in working with financial data and assessing value for money

* Ability to support continuous improvement and process development through from data driven insights

* Ability to build and monitor performance dashboards

* Strong prioritisation and planning skills and the ability to work as part of a team and confident working alone.

* Strong IT skills and proficient using MS Office (especially Excel) skills to Macros/ VBA level or above

* Exposure to the Debt Advice landscape is and an advantage but not essential.

* The post holder will be expected to travel occasionally and may be required to stay overnight away from home.

* Strong analytical skills to interpret complex and diverse information from a range of sources to drive accurate conclusions and recommendations.

* Experience in using data visualisation platforms like PowerBI, Qlik or Tableau is an advantage.
