Sourcing Manager to be based in London on a 6 Month contract. Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders, sourcing management, strong contractual understanding.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide sourcing support to the F&R technology group, specialising in promoting the Marketplace programme and building consensus to migrate staff augmentation workers to managed service deals. This will include working with the technology group to draft SOWs for the services. Experience of running sourcing change projects is essential. The ideal candidate may be managing or previously managed key technology services supplier relationships.

You will be working in a global team of nine other sourcing professionals, with presence in the UK (London), Germany (Frankfurt), USA (Eagan), Spain (Madrid), Brazil (Sao Paulo) and India (Bangalore), together with a global network within the Global Sourcing team.

Role Overview

* Own and manages the technology services sourcing support to the F&R technology group

* Partners with stakeholders to be their Sourcing Account Manager, reviews 3rd party spend and agree appropriate projects (and delivers those projects). Know their supply base inside out.

* Work with development groups to implement KPIs and reporting

* Analyse and report on spend of non-scale suppliers, support the development groups in planning migration to Scale Partners

* Assist in the development of a training programme to enable more shared risk and outcome base deals to be contracted

* Work as part of the global Technology Services category team

* Be proactive on matters relating to the programme

* Ensure priorities are handled effectively by modifying plans and actions in your own area of accountability, escalate early to manager. Will not miss deadlines.

* Manage a project against a plan and objectives to ensure commitments are met by monitoring, assessing, and resolving variances in budget, timing or quality of work

* Able to draft and support/educate key stakeholders in drafting statements of work

* Able to work without supervision

* Excellent influencing skills (Essential)

* Strong Project Management skills (Essential)

* Excellent Excel (inc. pivot table) and PowerPoint skills (Essential)

* Able to mark-up contracts from Client templates and to agreed fall back language, knowledge of GDPR legislation (Desired)

* Fieldglass SOW, SAP and Ariba experience is beneficial (Desired)

Candidate Experience

The candidate will have at least five years' experience in a complex, high pressure environment, identifying and leading complex sourcing projects with multiple stakeholders. Sourcing candidates who have experience of working within the Financial Services sector could be well suited to this role.
