My client, an internation end user is looking for an IT Cyber Security Project Manager:

Main responsibilities:

* Acting as the point of contact as Security Manager/Engineer in both IT Security projects andother IT projects that would need IT Security expertise and components.

* As Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT Security create IT security architecture components for the CCEP IT Security Architecture.

* Evaluate security software, hardware and service providers to support decisions in It projects about which components should be used.

* Provide input and guidance to the IT projects that would need to implement IT Security measures because of compliance or internal CCEP Security Policy reasons.

* Actively support remediation and response plans executed by the SOC team to mitigate business impact in case of security incidents

* Work closely with the SOC team to ensure there are robust processes and procedures in place to pre-empt, manage and mitigate security threats and incidents

* Collaborate with internal audit function to prepare for and support internal audit initiatives, review audit reports and ensure gaps/observations associated with security standards, policies and procedures are addressed where relevant

Experience

* 3-4 years of experience in IT security, including complex and cross-functional projects, or similar position

* Experience in IT security related technologies

* Strong background in having implemented IT security projects

* Experience of working in a Matrix structure and in international environments

Technical Skill:

* Preferred certification like Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Lead Auditor ISO 27001

* Ability to translate understanding of the organization's goals and objectives into project requirements

* Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in methods, processes and tools used in Information Security Management

* Good operational understanding of security configurations and specific IT Security projects like IAM, SIEM, Vulnerability management, Security assessments, Systems hardening, etc.

* Knowledge about EU GDPR, SOX and industry IT-trends

* Behavioral Competencies

* Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously and to detect and report in a timely manner,potential projects risks
