A software team in Wallsend have an ambitious plan they want a Full Stack Developer to become a pivotal part of - to become the most successful software development division in the North East! To achieve this, they have identified the below 3 areas:

Using great technology that full stack developers want to use - they are making this happen by migrating their existing systems to the following tech stack: .NET Core, HTML5, CSS3, SQL Server, Source Control (TFS, GIT), MVC, Angularjs, WebAPI, NodeJS, Agile, RESTful web services, JSON

Offering career progression and training - they are making this happen by planning to increase the development team from 12 to 36 within the next few years which will bring opportunity in itself. They also have a lot of training resources they offer, and as an example of what can be achieved, a Junior Full Stack Developer who started there a few years ago has recently been promoted to Team Manager!

Offer a great work/life balance - they recognise this is a key area that needs to be addressed in the software development community, and are already excelling in this regard! They've created one of the most flexible working environments available in the North East! Their hours begin as early as 7 and as late as 6, so any 8 hour period within that time is acceptable. In order to come into this company as a Full Stack Developer, they'd like you to have at least 2 years commercial experience ideally, in the below areas:

* NET

* HTML 5

* CSS 3

* SQL Server

* Source control (TFS, GIT etc)

* MVC

If you have the below experience, brilliant, otherwise they will happily train you!

* .NETCore

* Angular

* AngularJS

* WebAPI

* NodeJS

* Agile

* Dependency Injection

* Experience with RESTful web services and JSON

* Asynchronous programming

The salary for the Full Stack Developer role is between £30,000 to £40,000.
