Test Analyst / QA Tester - Manual or Automation

York

The Role

*Supporting development teams in the testing of world class enterprise applications

*Functional, regression, ad-hoc and compatibility testing

*Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that all defects are fixed in a timely manner

*Creating and implementing test plans

*Executing manual test scripts and logging defects in Jira

Required Skills

*A strong track record of manual testing in web-based environments

*Proven bug detection, isolation, and regression skills

*Experience with BDD approach to testing would be a valuable advantage

*Experience of Agile development methods

*Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work

*A passion for automation techniques and a desire to develop your career in that direction would also be great
