Global Company seeks a User Experience Designer / User Interface Designer to create Wireframes & Prototypes and play a key role in the design of user interfaces for web based applications across desktop and mobile platforms.

The UX Designer / User Interface Designer will engage clients and stakeholders and work alongside a project manager to create wireframes and prototypes. Creation of user experience journeys, scenario visualisation and usability testing will form a major part of the role from the User Experience side. Working with the team to agree information architecture will also form part of the role.

Once functionality has been agreed you will design User Interfaces for multiple data intensive / data capture applications ranging in size and complexity - some used by a global, internal audience - and work with the front end web developers to ensure the look at feel of the user interfaces are as required but also meet user experience and functionality expectations.

Once designs are agreed, you will hand off the work to the front end developers to focus on implementation. A range of contemporary tools will be used across both UXD and UI Design including Photoshop, InDesign, Axure and Balsamiq.

We are searching for a Web Designer / UX Consultant / UI Designer / Graphic Designer who has gained experience within digital environments and ideally spent some time working within a corporate / business focussed environment where you will have worked on developing User Experience to meet the ultimate needs of the business users which will have required a good deal of stakeholder engagement.

You will be comfortable working with a mix of contemporary tools (such as Balsamiq, Axure, etc) to create wireframes and prototypes and furthermore be comfortable designing User Interfaces with Photoshop or other industry standard tools.

You may have worked on data intensive solutions or data visualisation projects and be keen to further this experience.

Excellent opportunity for a designer to join a global multi-national and work on a broad range of applications across desktop and mobile platforms within a stable organisation with the potential for a rolling contract.
