Our client have a contract opportunity for a skilled 1st Line Support Analyst.
Supporting 400 users across 13 UK sites
Responsible for in-country second line support covering incident and request management
WAN, LAN (also production), WIFI
Videoconference, voice comm. devices
Data Center services (also production related)
Data Storage services (Citrix & VMWare)
Backup/Restore services and UPS devices
Workstation (end user, W/B and production)
Printing services
