Web Designer is required to join a growing and progressive company from their offices based in the Fareham area.

As a web designer you will be working with my clients growing customer base on a variety of projects from online marketing, websites, emails etc…

The role will be involve:

* Research, devise and design concepts based on the brief. To support these, you will prepare material including working prototypes, wireframes or layouts for review and agreement with others including stakeholders and functions outside of your working group.

* Assist in execution and production of existing concepts to provide complete deliverables, applying style/brand guides and templates where applicable

* Ensure best quality at all times and prepare deliverables for handoff to developers.

* Create graphic assets in order to standardise against one common visual identity

* Assist in creating elements for designs and layouts; apply design principles such as colour, typography, photographic selection, organizing elements and usability

* Edit and make iterations on presentation decks as required

* Evaluate a brand's visual language (colour palette, logo, font, etc) across a range of media (may include print, online marketing, Website, packaging, etc.) with guidance and oversight; document findings

* Potential to work with external partner support when needed

The ideal candidate will currently be working within a similar role at the moment and have a strong educational background within web design or graphics design.

You will have:

* Strong IT skills with design and creativity software

* Exceptional creativity and innovation with an understanding of the latest web trends

* Advanced Graphic Design Skills paired with particular attention for detail

* Working understanding of HTML & CSS

* Experience with major Content Management System platforms (Adobe CQ, Drupal, Joomla or WordPress)

* Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (PPC)

* Proficient with Web Analytics software like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (previously Omniture)
