Laptop; PC. Contract, 3 months, City of London. Rate to GBP 200 p/day. Please also note working hours before submitting application.
Working hours: Tuesday - Thursday: 4pm-12pm, Friday 2pm-10pm & Saturday 9am-5pm
Global law firm seeks an IT Word Support Specialist to work on a three month contract as a key point of contact for document process resolution to provide technical guidance on MS Word and also other MS Office applications. Typical issues would include corrupt documents and templates in Word which require further assistance than can be covered by 1st line.
We also require exceptional support on Office 2013; Wins 7 & 10; Filesite or other DMS inc of some call logging and escalation. You may have come from a relevant legal / secretarial background in the past and moved into IT Document Specialist functions whilst retaining the capacity to work in an IT support function on an ad hoc basis.
This role is a key additional function in support of the global user-base within a process driven environment. Due to the nature of this contract you will need to be available to interview within the next week and be available to start within 2 - 3 weeks ideally.
Experience working in a similar role for a Global Law Firm is essential. The IT Document Specialist will be responsible for guiding users through key processes working with MsWord; Office 2013; Filesite; to resolve issues on a daily basis whilst liaising with infrastructure teams, desktop support analysts and senior key business stakeholders.
