We’ve developed custom software applications and products for a broad range of customers on platforms including Windows and Apple iOS. We have offices in St. Albans and Norwich in the UK, and Kirkland, WA in the US.

Summary:

To provide support to the Operations and Project Management teams and ensure excellent service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:

Project and Resource coordination
- Resource scheduling and co-ordination for all UK Consultants / Managing Consultants
- Call Off orders
- Project Co-ordinate small orders with <2 days Project Management

Project Management Office (PMO) Administration
- Order Book Updates
- Project Administration - assisting Project Managers (minutes, expenses etc.)
- Loan Gateways
- Reporting

Provide cover for Project Management Office (PMO)
- Order processing
- Invoicing - UK and Australia
- Purchase Order creation
- General Administration (hotels, flights etc.)
- Office Management

PA duties as and when required by senior members of staff

Skills, traits and experience required
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience of sales invoicing highly desirable
- Flexible in nature and able to apply yourself to multiple activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines, to work systematically and prioritise tasks
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team, and to work under pressure
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and to communicate competing demands effectively
- Organised with good time management skills
- Confident and resilient to deal with challenges from people within the business
- Good interpersonal skills and able to consult with a wide range of people at different levels
- Proactive communicator and willing to share information
- Exercises good judgement, knows when to flag issues and when to deal with independently
- Ideally has experience of working in a professional services environment with good geographical knowledge
