Our client is an expanding website design and development company based in the South-West. They are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic, talented Senior Web Developer to join their team.

As part of the development team, you’ll be working on projects for both new and existing website customers. You will also be contributing to the further research and development of new web based applications and improving our client’s in-house systems.

Our client offers the opportunity to work remotely, as well as flexible working hours, meaning you can tailor your role to suit your lifestyle.

To be considered for this role you will have a wealth of experience in creating websites and web based applications using: PHP, JavaScript and MySQL.

As a Senior Web Developer, you will be conversant with industry standards and best practices, secure development practices and testing across browsers, platforms and multiple devices. You will have knowledge of UX and UI development. The ability to work with customers, designers and other developers whilst maintaining strict deadlines is also essential.

The aptitude work quickly on a wide variety of projects is key to being fulfilled in this role.

You must be able to provide examples of your work with URLs and screenshots to show evidence of your ability.

This is a great opportunity to work with an ambitious vibrant and friendly team in modern open plan studio/offices.

The successful candidate will be required to attend our client’s head office in Torquay initially to complete their training.
