Finance Systems Analyst

My client, a well-respected financial services company in Bristol, is looking for a Finance Systems Analyst or Data focused Finance Business Analyst to work on a high-profile general ledger migration project within the finance space.

The Finance Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting development of end to end data flows from the point of data extraction from banking systems to delivery to multiple downstream finance systems and user communities.

Experience:

- Extensive data analysis (with both excel and SQL) experience and very good understanding of data flows

- Solid understanding and experience of finance systems, general ledger and general accountancy - experience with SAP or Oracle ledgers would be great

- Experience of implementing change on high-profile transformation programmes, and general requirements gathering and business analysis

- Accountancy qualification would be ideal but not a necessity

- The ability to act as a bridge between the business and technical teams
