A Compliance Officer is required to join a Regulatory Compliance team at a Corporate Bank based in London.

The Regulatory Compliance team are responsible for providing Compliance Monitoring, Compliance Advisory, Compliance Training and assisting in Central Compliance queries to all areas of the UK bank.

As Compliance Officer you will be required carry out Compliance Monitoring across the majority of the 'High Level Standards' section of the FCA Handbook and also understand the PRA handbook (although this part is not essential).

In addition to Compliance Monitoring you will need to provide Compliance Training to the business and across multiple areas of the bank. This could include general Compliance Induction Training for new recruits, Complaints Handling to providing Compliance Training on the banks whistle-blowing scheme.

The Central Compliance duties can include things such as PA dealing, handling G&E requests to enforcing Chinese Walls and handing Conflicts of Interest queries.

You will get the opportunity to be involved in business wide Regulatory Compliance projects and be able to keep the business abreast of any upcoming regulations that may impact the bank (Regulatory Horizon Scanning)
