Agile Test Manager - SC Cleared - London

My Client is currently looking to implement their own in house testing function to support their agile in house software development. You will have good experience as a test manager and able to support the new function in the following:

*Mature and develop current agile working practices and standards (i.e. Code check in/out process).

*Migrate and configure the current agile development software and management tools in place within the development environment (e.g. Atlassian Suite).

*Provide key engagement with projects/programmes and development hub with regard to adherence to the new agile working practices and standards in place.

*Provide key consultation and engagement with external agencies and partners to ensure alignment to the standards where applicable.

Install, setup and configure a test management tool(s) (e.g. Microsoft Team Foundation Server incl. Microsoft Test Manager).

*Integrate test management tool(s) with Atlassian suite (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

*Install, setup and configure functional automation tool(s) (e.g. Selenium Webdriver).

*Design and deliver a functional automation testing framework (as above)

*Install, setup and configure performance test tool(s) (e.g. JMeter)

*Design and deliver a performance testing framework (as above)

*Provide key engagement with ICT Test Team (and Development Hub) with regards to adherence to new agile working practices and standards.

*Provide key consultation and engagement with external agencies and partners to ensure alignment to standards where applicable.
