Windows Citrix Engineer - Liverpool - Support - Contract
Our client require 2 highly skilled Citrix Engineers
The successful applicants will:
- Design and implement solutions to automate Windows platform and infrastructure management, including integration with external modules/components that comprises the entire technology infrastructure ecosystem
- Identify and select technology solutions from multiple competing options, perform evaluations and proof-of-concepts, and finally make recommendations to management
- Ensure quality of deliverables, adhering to standards in areas of code quality, test coverage, monitoring, logging, exception management, operability, and others
- Collaborate and build relationships with other teams, operate and operations partners, and business clients
- Establish, and regularly update, multi-phase delivery roadmap
Advantageous skills would be:-
? Server Core
? SQL, IIS, App-V
? Orchestration (SCORCH)
? HP Rack and Blade Servers (OneView)
? Hyper-Converged infrastructure (Nutanix)
? SAN
? Confluence (internal wiki) / Jira
? Programming
? Cloud-based services: PAAS/IAAS
? Financial Services / Blue Chip / Consulting background preferred
