C++ Contract Position - Home Working

I am currently seeking a C++ software engineer to work for a client of mine in East Anglia. The company need someone who is a proficient C++ engineer and has experience with SCPI language.

It is an initial 2 month contract with the potential for some flexibility to work remotely.

Job Type: Contract

Rate: £40 - £45 p/h

Location: East Anglia/Home

Working Duration: 2 months (may extend)

The Task:

Alongside the SCPI vocabulary, we wish to add two more command languages. These will effectively emulate the behaviour of one of our previous products, and one of our competitors' products. So the task is to add these command vocabulary's into our code.

Key Skills

* C++ programming on Embedded systems (particularly the Linux environment)

* Familiarity with the SCPI language when used in Instrumentation

* Understanding GPIB communication interface
