Our client is a market leading software provider with a great reputation and fast growing business culture.

They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Change Analyst to join a talented and ambitious team. The team play a key role in the ongoing growth and success of the business, leveraging IT and technology to enable business change and improvements in systems and process efficiency and performance.

The Business Analyst is responsible for working with the business to shape ideas, define proposals, justifications, business requirements using adapted agile and waterfall methodologies as required to support the delivery and benefits realisation of the project.

Scope & Responsibilities:

* Providing consultancy to the business to capture, shape and triage pre-qualification ideas

* Align business initiatives with strategic plans to focus investment

* Researching and ratifying project proposals, justifications, scope and objectives

* Eliciting, analysing and validating business requirements across the business

* Evaluating and optimising business and system processes

* Conducting feasibility studies

* Supporting internal and external delivery teams in the production of functional solution specifications, development, testing and implementation to ensure benefits are delivered.

* Working within an agile, waterfall or hybrid methodology as required by the individual project

* Resolving complex / conflicting requirements through the use of appropriate business analysis tools and techniques including facilitated workshops, SWOT analysis, system and business process diagrams and models, data models, use cases and user stories as agreed with the Lead Business Analyst and/or Project Manager

* Supporting the continual improvement of Business Change

Skills & Experience:

* Managed ideas through to benefits realisation

* Delivered enterprise wide small, medium and large IT change

* Delivered IT projects with internal and external development teams

* Prioritised business requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, sign off and management

* Delivery of a package selection project

* Full development lifecycle delivery experience

* Process / data analysis and modelling

* Support of solution specification, development, testing and implementation

* Cross team communication strategy and support

* Agile, SCRUM understanding
