CRM Support Analyst / Business Analyst
A CRM Support Analyst is required to join a growing start up financial software company. This role will end up being a Business Analyst, but the aim of going into the Support team is learn the product. Our client offers exciting projects and career opportunities, and are looking for individuals who are passionate about Investment Management, FinTech and who are enthusiastic about their work.
The CRM Support Analyst will be required to join a diverse team of people, working alongside the developers and third line support team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small company with growing ambitions who are implementing an industry leading solution for Wealth and Investment Management on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
Requirements
* CRM experience is essential
* Financial Services experience
* 1-3 years working in 3rd line support
* 2:1 or above Degree
