Job Role

Job Title: BI Information Architect

Daily Rate: Up to £550

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 6 Months

Location: Cambridge

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced BI Information Architect for based in Cambridge for a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the following areas:

Data profiling as well as modelling

BI project design

Data mart and relational model experience

Profiling a data sources

Creating data models

You will responsible for a range technologies including:

SAP Business Objects, Spotfire, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Informatica, Powercentre, Talend, SAP MDM, MDG, Oracle DRM / DRG, Erwin, Oracle Database, MySQL, AWS RDS for Aurora, Amazon Redshift, and Amazon Web Services (AWS), SAP ECC6 data model (especially FI, CO & SD)

The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects including working on Financial Transactional, Planning and Reporting processes and business cycle knowledge

Essential Experience

*BI Technologies and Applications

*Datamart and relation modelling

*Information Modelling (Relational, Dimensional and Canonical)

*Database design and performance tuning (Oracle, MySQL)

*Master Data Management (MDM)

*ETL and data warehousing

*5 years+ BI development / Information Architecture experience

*Experience with a range of development methodologies and tools, especially Agile approaches such as Scrum

*Experience of working with external suppliers
