For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a
Hybrid Business Analyst, Developer and Tester
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Responsibilities:
* Developing components on a Microsoft 3-tier architecture system, with particular focus on the service tier
* Enhancing existing functionalities and designing/implementing new features following coding best practices
* Taking part in extending the testing framework and maintaining / improving unit tests
* Understanding the business specifications, converting requirements into technical solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong skills in OOP, .NET C# 4.5 or above, LINQ, multi-threading
* Strong experience with WPF / MVVM pattern (candidates with extensive Silverlight knowledge could also be considered)
* Good DB design and SQL knowledge including SQL Server 2008 or above
* Experience designing UI from a usability / user interaction point of view
* Requirements engineering/Business Analysis skills
* Test driven development
* Agile / scrum experience
* Good oral/written communication, positive and proactive team attitude
* Strong analytic and problem solving skills, flexible on moving targets
Desired Skills:
* Web technologies: Asp.Net MVC & Web Api, JavaScript (jQuery, angular, knockout, …)
* WCF, messaging / queue technologies
* Unit testing (e.g. NUnit) and mocking frameworks
* Inversion of Control frameworks (e.g. Castle, Spring, …)
