Software Developer / Java Software Engineer (Java 8 Agile TDD). Global leading financial software house that supplies algorithmic trading platforms and trade execution services to major financial institutions and investment banking clients worldwide is seeking a technologist Software Developer with strong core Java skills.

As a Software Developer you will join the team responsible for a highly sophisticated post-trade analysis product; you'll work across the full Java development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis through to design and development of client bespoke features. You'll be working with a passionate Agile team using modern practices such as TDD, code reviews, refactoring, automated testing and CI/CD. You'll be mainly using Java but will also gain exposure to a range of other technologies and improve your skillset as you go.

Requirements:

*Strong core Java development experience

*Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

*Full lifecycle development experience

*Keen to take ownership and responsibility within a team environment

*Ideally familiar Swing / SwingX, JGoodies, JUnit, Mockito, Guice
