We are looking for true problem solvers and data lovers to join our Customer Insight Team at our head office in vibrant Northern Quarter in Manchester - the hub of digital innovation in North West.

About the company:

We design, source and create own range and branded fashion and homewares. Our offer is targeted at specific consumer groups. We make shopping easy for our customers, with finance solutions through our customer account and a range of convenient delivery options.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

You’ll identify, collect, manipulate and interpret the marketing organisation’s data and information from different sources to meet analytical requirements.

You’ll perform Database queries in SQL across multiple tables to extract data for analysis.

You’ll be using a range of analytical techniques such as data mining, time-series forecasting, statistical analyses and modelling techniques to identify and predict trends and patterns in data and to drive the overall goals of the marketing organisation.

You’ll assist and produce performance dashboards and reports whilst ensuring data is cleansed and the quality is checked.

You’ll apply the tools and techniques and data analysis to a range of ad-hoc data analysis reports whilst using the skills of data visualisation and presentations to ensure that the conclusions are actionable in the right way to meet the marketing business goals.

You’ll summarise and present the results of data analysis to a range of stakeholders making recommendations.

What you will need to succeed:

You’re ideally educated to A-level or equivalent, preferably in Mathematics or Statistics, or a discipline with substantial mathematical/statistical content who can demonstrate a real flair for analytics.

You have an inquisitive mindset, you enjoy problem solving tasks and you’re keen to create innovative solutions.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex analysis and insights clearly.
