CX Digital Project Manager - Bristol

Duration: 5 months

Day rate: £400-£420 per day

Description:

Computer Futures are supporting a Bristol based household named organisation through a number of business and technical change programmes that are part of the businesses Digital Transformation portfolio.

To help improve the client's customer service platforms, we're looking for an individual to lead the execution of the 'CX' programme aligned to the Digital Customer Strategy which will improve channel offerings to our client's customers and improve customer experience. With a customer base of over 1 million customers with a mixed demographic and customer segmentation and we want to provide appropriate channels to our entire customer base.

We have an aggressive schedule of work and are looking for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and has demonstrable experience of delivering digital transformation into an organisation.

Experience:

* Demonstrable experience running complex change projects or programmes.

* Demonstrable experience of introducing new digital channels and end to end case management capabilities.

* Demonstrable experience of managing projects through a full lifecycle including mapping of customer journeys end to end.

* Demonstrable experience of both front end developments and back end architecture transformation to support new channels.

* Demonstrable experience of delivering reporting capabilities to support OLA's, SLA's and KPI's.

* Demonstrable experience of UX related project tasks and capabilities and mobile app development.

* Demonstrable experience of Agile and waterfall project methodologies.

Skills:

* Excellent communication and engagement skills.

* Excellent stakeholder management skills.

* Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

* Hands on approach with managing reporting and all related project governance activities.
