Would you like a UX/UI role in Preston for an industry leader and a nationally award-winning organization? In this role you will have the opportunity to join a fast-paced organization at the forefront of its industry whilst creating a social impact.
One of my clients, a double Queens award-winning company with over forty years' experience within the industry are looking for a UX/UI Developer to join their team based in central Preston.
Working closely with the IT and Marketing teams, the UIUX Designer will work on a variety of commercial portals, content management systems and websites. You will be required to work at speed to help us fulfil requirements accurately, with short turnaround times.
Main duties:
*Conceptualisation, research, user journey mapping and design.
*Create bespoke website designs
*Maintain an awareness of innovations in the creative arena to support new business opportunities
*Content Management System design
*As part of the Development team, work collaboratively across the company to continually improve the quality of work produced
*Plan and execute the work within agreed budgets, time schedules and priorities
Requirements for UX/UI role:
*You must be hardworking, have an excellent eye for detail and work well under pressure
*Proven experience in a Web/UI/UX Design role
*Demonstrable experience of designing cutting edge digital products across web and mobile platforms.
*Strong understanding of User Experience Design.
*Demonstrable experience and understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
*Knowledge of HTML & CSS
The salary for this PHP Developer role is between £25,000 and £35,000 plus benefits like health care plans and childcare vouchers.
