Proteus Europe is searching for a French or Dutch speaking Security Service Manager to join a prestigious client located in Brussels, Belgium. This is a 2 month contract with possible extension.

Our Client :-

Our client is, as the first universal direct bank, a strong player on the Belgian market. The bank provides its customers with a wide range of financial products and services via the distribution channel of their choice (click and face). Our clients customers are based in retail as well as private banking clients, as well as small, medium and large enterprises.

Your New role :-

- Coordination of threat identification activities conducted by external suppliers - Penetration testing, Vulnerability Scanning, Application Vulnerability Assessment and Dynamic Scanning with following responsibilities:

- Define scope and planning of security threat detection

- Select external / internal suppliers

- Follow-up execution of security threats activities done by external suppliers

- Qualify the findings together with IT custodians

- Analyze the security findings and propose a remediation and action plan

- Deliver a clear and concise reporting to the management

- Make recommendations to improve infrastructure and data protection

- Security Monitoring

- Follow-up asset deployment and control quality of security monitoring done by external supplier

- Perform quality control of the work done by the suppliers

- Reporting

- Gather and consolidate reports prepared by team members on their respective domains

- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports on performance indicators:

- Summarize key messages of reporting toward senior management

Your Skills and experience :-

Essential Skills :-

Main Technical Competences:

- Master degree in Business management and/or IT; post-graduate/MBA degree or Advanced Training/certification is an asset

- Knowledge of a least one of following products, Network architecture, Application architecture, Unix, Cisco, and Wintel platforms

- Process optimization and lean management certification

- Supplier management, SLA, quality management and negotiation

- Consulting experience is a plus

- Good understanding of industry standards and best practices, such as ITIL

- Knowledge and understanding of OWASP and security standards like ISO 27001/27002, etc

Non Technical Competences:

- Highly customer oriented and who has an excellent service attitude

- Analytical and synthetic turn of mind

- Excellent communicator, who can be assertive towards multiple stakeholders

- Team worker but also able to work independently

- Able to work in stressful situations

- Organized and who follows a - problem-solving- and - results-oriented- approach

- Excellent project and time management skills

- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French
