Lead Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Lead Business Analyst required to join a growing software company with a focus on wealth management. The company have a strong pipeline and are looking for a Business Analyst to take a lead role in one of their most high profile projects due to start towards the end of the year.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small but rapidly growing company who offer a unique, industry leading solution for the Wealth Management industry.

Lead Business Analyst responsibilities:

* Being the primary contact with client and managing all aspects of the project to ensure client satisfaction

* Leading key projects and being responsible for delivery

* Responsible for agreeing scope, managing development and taking ideas to product development team

* Defining, executing and managing test phases

* Developing an expert understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects

Lead Business Analyst requirements:

* Strong and successful background as a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant

* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2013, 2015, 2016 or 365 preferred)

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Exposure to high pressure environments

* Strong background being the main point of contact for clients
