Junior Digital Physical Design Engineer

Our client, one of the most innovative IC development companies in the industry today, is looking to hire a Junior Physical Design Engineer to join their expanding design centre in Edinburgh.

For this role you might be a recent graduate, or have 1-3 years' in industry, with previous project experience working on synthesis, STA or Place & Route for digital ASIC designs. You will join the Physical Design team and contribute to the development process of the company's niche-market products. You will be working on high performance ICs geared towards power consumption and efficiency for today's booming consumer devices.

For this role you'll need to have a University degree, either in Electronics Engineering or related field, and a good understanding of:

-The RTL-GDSII flow

-Digital Synthesis

-Static Timing Analysis (STA)

-Place & Route (P&R)
