What will you be up to?

*Ensure all software is stable, bug free and tested in a time frame

*Test case / Plan development and execution

*Understanding of client requirement, various methods of deployment

*Improve QA/Development process via test case management, efficiency, tool identification and requirements

*Have a good eye for detail when performing the testing (Functional, UI, Regression, Performance, Usability, Sanity checking)

*liaise with the development team and 3rd party Testers

*Configuring test environments - Hardware and Software

*Line manage and deal with recruitment and retaining current members of staff

*Mentor and lead by example to junior/ less experienced colleagues

What skills do you need?

*Minimum of 5 years' experience system testing in a windows environment

*Expert using test case management software e.g. Enterprise tester, Test Rail

*Extensive experience with Bug Tracking software e.g. Jira, BugZilla

*Organised and able to manage your time effectively

*Strong communication skills

What would be nice to have?

*Degree level qualification

*ISEB/ISTQB foundation/ Intermediate level in Software testing
