Director of IT urgently needed at a charity, based near London Bridge. This is an urgent contract role. The pay rate will be relative to a £68K perm salary. The Contract length will be 6 months initially with a strong possibility to be extended for a further 6 months.

The interim Director of IT will develop and implement a new strategy for the IT team, including a revision of the current team structure. They will be given the opportunity to prepare the Budget for 2018, and implement intelligent business solutions, from internal audits of current IT projects.

The ideal Director of IT will hold a related Masters, or equivalent, and an ITIL certification. They must have experience in a Senior position and significant experience of strategic IT programme development, implementation, management of large IT contracts and change management.

Director of IT must have experience of working in an international development organisation across multiple regions/countries. At least a working knowledge of Arabic, French or Spanish would be greatly beneficial.
