We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with experienced gained within the Financial sector to join a reputable and market-leading Financial Services company based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Finance or Life & Pensions knowledge / experience is highly beneficial and sought after for this role.

The Business Systems Analyst will be a key player in some exciting and company-changing system and application related projects that are currently in the pipeline, and will be responsible for business, system and functional analysis and design.

Skills and experience needed for the Business Systems Analyst:

* Experience of working with complex technical systems (within the Finance Sector)

* Systems analysis, requirements definition and business architecture experience

* Financial Services, Life & Pensions, Onshore Bonds knowledge / experience ideally needed

* Excellent relationship building skills, able to work with various departments and manage stakeholder expectations

* Analysis and design experience of business systems and functionality

* XML or Origo Messaging technical knowledge advantageous

The Business Systems Analyst will work alongside a highly professional and successful team, and add value across a range of exciting, high-profile projects.

Salary: £40k - £48k (depending one experience) + great benefits
