IT Change Manager
Basingstoke, Hampshire
£45,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
We are looking for an experienced IT Change Manager to join a growing company in Basingstoke and work on a number of large IT projects, ensuring the business impacts are managed in an effective and efficient way. You will lead the Change Management stream for software development projects and must ensure that all projects are delivered successfully. The successful candidate will be responsible for the communication of changes and also work on delivering changes within processes.
Key duties will include:
* Successfully delivering key business change management elements (i.e. business change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication, training)
* Implement key business change deliverables in partnership with the Project Manager and Business Analysts (i.e. PID, change definition, change impact, stakeholder management plans)
* Ensuring change is communicated
* Actively seeking new opportunities to improve people process
* Managing a small team of Project Managers and BAs
To be suitable for this role, you will require the following skills/ experience:
* Experience of successfully delivering IT change
* Strong change leadership
* Ability to lead and influence at all levels
* Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
* Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
* Experience of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
* Familiarity with product road mapping tools and tasking web applications (Jira, Asana) would be advantageous
