My leading client is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to work on a strategic piece of work - you will be responsible for the configuration, development and implementation of ServiceNow Applications. You will be ensuring the work is properly documented, including all key customizations and report specification, and implementation of required functionality and (approved) customizations. Any experience of Service Desk Migration project would be really beneficial with integration of Service desks using ServiceNow

Technical Skills

* Configuration of ServiceNow

* Understanding of scripting in ServiceNow (JAVA, HTML, XML Business Riles, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)

* Web Service interfaces including SOAP, and REST.

* Experience with MID Server setups; LDAP integrations; Discovery; Service Catalogue; CMDB and Asset Management.

* Knowledge of ServiceNow Scoped Apps.

* Experienced in design, implementation and documentation of ServiceNow Workflows.

* Experience of managing and applying Update Sets in line with company policy.

* Proven track record or technical understanding of software application integrations, data transformation etc.

* Integrating Service Desks using ServiceNow and the benefits that can be expected.

* Defining and documenting business user requirements
