Marketing Database Manager - £70,000

Responsibilties:

* Provide advice and assistance for key business stakeholders around campaign measurement and testing while also implementing the necessary elements into campaigns for ongoing analysis and improvement.

* Work closely with various teams to implement and evolve Campaign Management functionality.

* Work with the Head of Data Science and Web Analytics teams in order to implement regular performance reports on different areas including performance against KPIs.

* Consolidate data into one single customer database

* Campaign briefing, building, QA and running - create a simplified campaign delivery process and with lean process flows deploy in a system accessible to all parties.

* Various other day-to-day tasks include campaign briefing, building and delivery along with segmentation

Requirements:

* Experience in devising and implementing Database Marketing capabilities

* Strong SQL experience

* Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and guide through decisions and assessment of requirements and deliver.

* Strong Communication and Presentation skills

* Financial services experience - Desirable
