SEPA Business Analyst

Do you have some experience in SEPA? Or perhaps some experience working in back-office banking, but a desire to learn and perhaps an interest in Sepa? Keep reading.

I am looking for a hard-working individual keen to progress their career in the world of Fintech, by becoming the SEPA guru for the Payments team.

This company, are fairly new on the scene, and doing phenomenally well. In terms of Fintech, they are leading the way, and have secured the most funding of all Fintech companies in the UK! At nearly 3 years old, they have over 100 employees and looking to double over the next 12/18 months.

To accommodate this, they have just moved into swanky new offices, based in EC2, where you will receive bacon sandwiches every Friday, a nice lunch once a week, a game of table tennis whenever you fancy it … (I could go on and on but I won't ????).

You will be part of the Payment Operations team, and will be the key point of contact in the Payments team, responsible for implementing SEPA working very closely with the Project Manager, and the rest of the Project Team.

You will be the SME and provide expert knowledge. Your duties will include supporting payment processing, providing SME payment support to Contact Centre/Payment Operations, ensuring external and regulatory requirements are adhered to, and taking ownership of ensuring that appropriate payment policies and procedures are updated on a periodic basis and reflect regulatory changes.

To be suitable, it is essential you have experience working in a back-office banking environment. You must have knowledge of payments guidelines, scheme rules and regulatory framework, and the ability to balance workload, dealing with multiple priorities and ability to work within a team in a changing environment.
