We have an exciting new role for a Web Development Manager. You'll head up a team of web developers in a newly created department in central London, then you'll be moving to our brand new, state of art office in London's West End the New Year.

As Web Development Manager, you'll be responsible for a team of developers using a range of technologies such as HTML 5, JavaScript who'll create and develop the landing pages for in-bound marketing traffic. This is a fast-paced environment where you need to respond to a 24-hour release cycle. You'll compose the landing pages from the components provided by the support teams and you'll filter this through to your team by managing the workflow and provide tech oversight. You'll also provide hands on technical leadership and management to your team.

You'll come from a fast-paced web development background and have experience of leading a small team. You'll be used to a high rate of change and be able to effectively manage the workloads of your team. Your background will be from a similar gaming/ betting company or other high intensity marketing business such as eCommerce or B2C and you'll have acquire technical skills in HTML 5 and JavaScript. Experience of marketing landing pages is essential and understanding of Analytics or A/B testing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in high tech environment, what are you waiting for?
