Integration Test Manager (QA Manager) - Nottingham - up to £60,000 plus 15% bonus

A highly successful global organisation is currently looking for a driven and experienced Integration Test Manager / QA Manager to play a key part in the governance of overall quality-related activities including management of support and maintenance releases, functional releases and major projects.

Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for the below:

* Assigning work, allocating resources, monitoring results and controlling costs with the team

* Managing the quality assurance aspects of the business integration process

* Contributing to the ongoing development of projects process, tools and techniques

* Ensuring the quality of transactions services delivered into production achieve the necessary quality thresholds

* Ensuring risks are identified and managed

* Reporting on project status

* Collaborating across functional streams and with the other test groups

* Establishing the resource management models to underpin and manage the delivery

Key skills and experience required:

* Proven experience managing successfully an integration test function responsible for execution of large scale delivery programs.

* Knowledge and understanding of testing principles with different development methodologies

* Proven experience in team leader role in dynamic environment

* Capable of motivating and energizing others, as well as gaining their respect

* Understanding of financial protocols will be beneficial but it is not necessary

* Experience with real-time transaction, message and data flow

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication skills with proven experience realising with other teams/managers
