An established service provider is a looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their expanding team.
As 2nd Line Support Analyst you will provide 2nd Line support to a number clients and customers.

The main responsibilities of the 2nd Line Support Analyst will involve:
* To provide 2nd line Support within an SLA driven environment
* To deliver an excellent level of customer service
* The recording of relevant customer data in respect of relevant information
* Consistently having a high level of communications to customers and colleagues
The 2nd Line Support Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience of working within a 2nd line support role
* Experience of installing and administrating Microsoft windows server
* Hands on experience with Linux technologies
* Supporting Microsoft Office suite
* Good knowledge of Microsoft software
* An interest in technology and IT troubleshooting
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good organisational skills
