The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project development for interactive applications including client interface, management of internal project teams, and project finances. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for successful execution of all project initiatives through effectively communicating with the client and project team.

Essential Functions:

* Manage all aspects of project development for multiple interactive applications for a variety of external clients

* Lead internal project teams consisting of strategic consultants, designers, programmers, and QA analysts through all phases of project development for interactive applications

* Schedule and manage all resources required to develop the project and ensure timely integration, productivity, and efficient use of resources

* Responsible for coordinating and communicating with outside vendors and other agencies regarding project deliverables

* Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope, while adhering to the standard development process of the company

* Manage all project finances by tracking hours and cost against budget on a weekly basis, project future expenditures and revenue, and manage project scope changes against budget

* Full P&L responsibility for assigned company projects

* Responsible for providing revenue forecasts weekly on all assigned projects

* Management by walking around of internal team and reviewing deliverables at various work stations

* Main contact for client and internal communications regarding project deliverables, status, financial status

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience managing digital properties including websites, banner ads, email campaign and other multimedia assets

* Ideal candidates must demonstrate project leadership and management skills

* Strong customer relationship management and customer focused mindset

* Ability to facilitate a solutions oriented approach to managing projects

* Should possess creative, design orientation

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interface with internal team and clients

* Must have excellent motivational drive, ability to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and desire to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment

* Must be self motivated and adaptable to change

* Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

* Must be able to work effectively as an individual as well as within a team

* Manage projects $1M+ in revenue per year

* May be required to travel

MINIMUM Education and Experience:

* 5-7 years of experience in interactive project management required

* Experience working in a marketing agency or marketing organization managing online marketing projects from inception through to completion. This includes web site development, emails, banners, etc.

* Interactive and/or multimedia production knowledge and experience is required

* Interactive healthcare knowledge preferred and highly desirable

* Practical experience utilizing MS Project and MS Office Suite required
