Location: London
Contract Length: 3-6 Months

The UX / Product Designer Role:
As we look to redefine the Insurance market internally and externally through technology, user-centred design and customer experience become core elements of our story. We are looking to expand our team with UX / Product Designers who can help us create and deliver compelling experiences.
In addition to strong conceptual design skills, success in this role requires the ability to articulate design and UX strategy to stakeholders and cross-functional partners, with clear concepts and clean execution.

The candidate must have:
* Strong UX design, rapid wireframing and prototyping skills
* Experience creating interactive prototypes and ability to communicate design concepts and decisions in a convincing and clear way
* Excellent know-how of accessibility best practices including user journeys, usability tests and user research
* Demonstrated success conceiving and conducting user research, surveys and interviews
* Understanding of the web development process for modern user interface production (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
* Experience collaborating with product specialists, software developers and stakeholders
* Experience working with Agile methods based on fast iteration and validation cycles
* Good communication skills and be a team player
* Great attention to detail
* Have designed UX for mobile applications (Android / iOS)
* Have experience developing websites or desktop or mobile applications
* Be flexible to travel within and outside the UK on occasion
