Data Analyst / BI Analyst - SQL, Excel, Access

Up to £32,000+ Benefits

Hampshire; Southampton, Salisbury, New Forest area

A national business requires a Data Quality Analyst to join an established IT team. You will be managing key client data and helping to ensure data reliability across numerous platforms including Data Warehouse, BI, Data Insight and CRM Systems.

You will report into the Data Quality Manager and be responsible for driving changes to improve processes in order to enhance data quality and data services across the business.

Key responsibilities;

* Responsible for ensuring data throughout the organisation is managed appropriately to ensure a high levels of data quality

* Analysing data from a centralised data warehouse, as well as other data sources, to provide regular and bespoke Management Information and operational reporting

* Manage key client data and ensure data reliability within the Data Warehouse and Client Relationship Management System (CRM)

* Liaising with all internal departments to understand their business objectives and provide selections to support those objectives.

Essential experience;

* Experience of Data Quality Management or Analysis

* Advanced Excel skills

* Experience with SQL Server

* Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI); SSRS, SSIS, SSAS

* Excellent communicator, happy working in a team environment

* A genuine interest in working for a charity organisation is preferred
