SEO Manager: Birmingham: £40k-£56k+ great benefits

Role

The role will see the successful candidate working as part of a growing Ecommerce team. This team is responsible for the delivery of high quality traffic to the company website and identify customer conversion points. This role will see the successful candidate identifying suitable methods to enhance revenue targets.

The role will also see the successful candidate sharing best practices with other team members and departments. The employee will be involved with developing and championing the global strategy across teams as well as mentoring and coaching other teams.

Responsibility

The core areas of responsibility include:

Development and implementation of the SEO Strategy

Building positive working relationships with company stakeholders

Developing and managing the SEO Roadmap

Testing out new technologies and/or strategies

Working with some of the latest Google technologies

Identify arras of self training as and when required to remain competitive

Person Spec

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and keen to work with one of the worlds most prestigious companies.

An understanding of Digital Marketing is essential for this role. An understanding of working within either Retail or an Ecommerce environment would also be desirable but by no means essential for this role.

An understanding of Google Analytics or advanced knowledge of Excel is essential for this role.

Finally candidates will need to have an interest in consumer behaviour techniques.
