Linux Engineer / HelpDesk (TCP/IP Networking Linux). Hedge Fund focused on the sports betting market is seeking a bright, enthusiastic Linux Engineer to join a talented team. You will proactively troubleshoot challenging issues, devising and implementing innovative solutions.

As a Linux Engineer you will support a live customer-facing production service, development, user acceptance testing and quality assurance test environments. Working closely with developers, you will investigate any potential problems and plan changes to the platform.

Based in North London, this is a collaborative team environment where you will be actively encouraged to drive forward innovation through cutting edge research, analytical thought and a constant desire to question and improve.

Requirements:

*Strong Linux skills

*Good understanding of TCP/IP networking technologies

*Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Experience in a customer-facing role
