Our client is a leading global provider of third party risk and compliance services. Their Risk Management portal combined with their expert GRC services, help their customers enhance transparency, reduce risk and improve operational efficiency. Our clients customers span the globe and cover a wide range of industries including Finance, Banking, Insurance, Media, Retail and Legal.

Job Role:

* Our client a profitable startup creating a 'software as a service' enterprise application in the risk management space, we have some big name clients on board and growing fast.

* They are looking for a hands on full stack developer to join their 'Core' development team with experience in frontend and backend development.

* They are now in our second year and have been expanding quickly so this is a good opportunity to get in at the start of a very fast moving software company which is creating industry leading enterprise software.

* Our clients application is targeted at the IT cyber security & risk compliance space so an interest in this area would be nice to have but not essential.

* They are using the latest development tools and the successful candidate will be essential in contributing to technology and design decisions.

* Our client is open to flexible hours and working from home but candidates will need to be in commutable range for weekly face to face planning meetings and sprint reviews.

The Candidate:

To apply for the role of Software Developer you should have 3 years' experience in:

* PHP (OOP)

* MVC Frameworks (i.e. Laravel, Symfony, Codeigniter)

* HTML & CSS

* Javascript/jQuery

* GIT version control

Desirable Skills:

* TDD, Unit Testing, integration testing

* Knowledge of common design patterns

* Agile scrum experience

* AWS experience

* JS frameworks such as AngularJS or EmberJS

* Knowledge of API's I.e. RESTful, oAut

Our client's technology stack is:

* LAMP stack hosted in AWS

* Laravel PHP framework

* SASS (Zurb Foundation CSS framework)

* Angular JS / Javascript

* PHPUnit / Selenium

* MySQL

* Gulp

* GIT version control
