They have a portfolio of well-established clients within the healthcare sector in particular, having built up relationships with the likes of Danone,Mead Johnson and Nutricia. They have a real passion in keeping up with industry developments, including Social Media, Search Engine Optimisation and Customer Relationship Management. They are going through a substantial amount of growth at the moment, and are on the lookout for a passionate Digital Account Director to join the team to drive revenue even further.Summary of the skills they are looking for:

'€¢Solid experience within the Digital sphere; experience in the integrated marketing particularly being a bonus'€¢Good understanding of Digital Communication strategies, including Web Design, SEM, App Development and eCrm'€¢Ability to be reactive to clients' needs, understanding what they want from their campaigns and what they are looking to achieve; developing marketing strategies to ensure these objectives are achieved'€¢Being able to identify risks, problems and also areas of potential success within projects'€¢Experience managing a range of clients - experience in the healthcare sector particularly being advantageous'€¢Commercially minded'€¢Ability to relate well to clients, with real gravitas; controlling the conversation and presenting yourself and the company effectively'€¢Ability to manage and motivate teams of both Project Managers and Account Managers, being able to coordinate teams according to deadlines

A highly competitive package is available, salary being between £50,000-£60,000, all dependent on the experience and level of the individual.This is an urgent requirement, with telephone interviews being held from 05/10/17.
