Java Developer / Java Programmer (SQL Scala Kotlin Python). Innovative start-up is seeking a skilled Java Developer to design and develop a completely Greenfield FinTech platform. Building APIs, tooling, automations, and monitoring services, you will utilise technologies and services such as: GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Scala, Kotlin, Python, Groovy, Jenkins, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Swagger, Spring Boot, Vaadin, etc.

As a Java Developer you will be a key player in taking this solution from a basic porotype through to a functioning product, having a great deal of influence on the technologies and techniques used. Initially working from home, this is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a future market-leader, tackling huge technical challenges and drive forward innovation.

Requirements:

*Strong Java skills

*Technologist with a broad range of technical skills, potentially including: Scala, Kotlin, Python

*Good understanding of SQL

*Eager to work for an early-stage start-up and be highly influential in its future success

*Likely to be degree educated in Computer Science or a closely related subject
