Network Support Manager - 1st Line Support - Kent

My client are a technology business based in Tubridge Wells, Kent.

They seek an ambitious and proactive IT Network Manager.

This candidate will provide overall IT network support for about 100 users across 2 locations.

The role will initially be a stand-alone position and over a 6-month period one additional support resource could join which the job holder would have to recruit.

Responsibilities

* Plan, get approval for and implement and monitor any changes in infrastructure configuration

* Install new servers and configure hardware whenever required and approved by the Executive Committee

* Develop and maintain system standards

* Set up system monitoring for security purposes as well as daily back ups

* Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
