My client based in Hamilton is own and manage the only Education Management Information System (MIS) provider in Scotland. As such all 32 local authority student data is processed and managed by their product.

Working closely with its members and the strategic bodies responsible for the education direction in Scotland, my client is charged with developing and continually improving its product set and supporting local authorities, and their associated schools, deliver their statutory and discretionary responsibilities.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Test Analyst to join our PMO team. As subject matter expert you will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of test polices and standards to compliment the project delivery framework.

An IT professional you will possess Prince2/Agile accreditation or equivalent project management skills and have minimum 3 years' experience of co-ordinating and managing project test cycles.

Working across a wide ranging portfolio of projects, you will liaise with project development managers, business analysts and project stakeholders to create detailed test scripts from documented requirements and use cases. You be responsible for the execution of test scripts against the agreed test approach and project timescales, actively monitoring defect log, tracking progress and reporting status to project governance.
