ERP Developer (NetSuite)

Currently recruiting for a forward thinking and innovative tech company located in Birmingham, they pride themselves on their "Google" ethos and are in need of a Developer to join their ever expanding IT team. To start with the role is 100% office based, however has the potential for remote working after 6 - 12 months.

The Role

* Web application development

* Collaborate with the product and design teams to define feature specifications

* Be involved in technical discussion and become a subject matter expert with Netsuite ERP

* Work with the operations team to improve the architecture while building and scaling back-end services

* Build new features with consideration for testability and extensibility

* Implement web interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript

* Participate in an on-call rotation for incident management

* Support and inspire other engineers to continually build a strong company e-commerce platform.

Expectations

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in Development/ Programming

* NetSuite experience or similar tier 2 ERP experience highly preferably (Will have exposure to it on a daily basis, however full training will be provided).

* Expert knowledge of PHP programming language

* Good knowledge of databases & full e-commerce integration, API's, user experience and journey

* Knowledge of various CMS platforms and frameworks, Magento, Lavarel and Drupal preferably

* Solid front-end development skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery

* Experience leading and managing projects from initial brief to project completion

* Knowledge of building plug ins
